Framed to look like a painting, this Photo series is inspired by the 16th century Vanitas. The historical still life paintings used elements such a extinguished candle to depict death and elements of fruits and vegetables to signify life and it's merriment.

For this series, I carefully picked elements of cultural and historical significance and interpreted it in my signature still life style.
